Initiate a Return Request

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Equipment

Carefully pack the projector or screen in its original factory box with all manuals, cables, and remote controls to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
